Ingrid Morales MS., BCBA

Executive Clinical Director

Ingrid is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Ingrid has dedicated her career to improving the lives of children and adults through evidence-based interventions.

After completing her education in behavior analysis at CSULA, Ingrid gained extensive experience working in clinical settings, honing her skills in behavior assessment, parent consultations, staff training, intervention planning, and implementation. Her commitment to ongoing learning and professional development has led her to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA by attending national and international workshops, trainings, and research conferences.

Anessa is a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Anessa is dedicated to improving the lives of people using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and utilizes a compassionate approach to understanding others. Anessa completed her Masters of Science in ABA at CSULA in May of 2020 and became a BCBA in September of 2020.

Anessa has spent her career applying her knowledge of ABA principles, mentoring colleagues and providing support to her patients and their families to access the most individualized environment that suits their needs. Anessa continues to further her knowledge by attending conferences, seminars and trainings to provide the most current and ethical practices to her patients and families.

Alejandra Rodriguez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She earned her graduate degree from Arizona State University in 2020 and has worked across various settings, including homes, schools, and behavioral facilities. Alejandra has experience supporting individuals across a wide range of ages and with diverse diagnoses and needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and mental health conditions. She is passionate about continued learning, meaningful collaboration, and providing compassionate support to her clients, families, and team.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over eight years of experience in applied behavior analysis, I specialize in evidence based behavioral interventions, clinical documentation, parent training, and school based behavioral support across home, telehealth, and educational settings.

I also serve on the Board of Loyola Marymount University's School of Education Alumni Association and as an Ambassador for the Latin American Alumni Association, reflecting my commitment to leadership, mentorship, and community engagement.

My mission is to provide high quality, collaborative behavioral services that promote meaningful outcomes and empower individuals, families, and educators. As a bilingual professional, I am dedicated to expanding access to effective, culturally responsive support.
